Camelus supplement guide
Explore the Camelus range by animal and product purpose. Compare formulations, read the current label and check how a supplement fits the animal’s complete diet.
This guide covers
Animal icons describe the range covered. Individual products are species-specific; the icons are not a blanket suitability claim.
A practical starting point for care and shopping. Use species-specific advice for your animal’s individual needs.
Start with the animal, not the product name
Camelus makes several different formulations. Before choosing, identify the intended species, life stage and purpose on the current label. Similar names do not mean the contents, serving amounts or uses are the same. This guide helps you navigate our range; it does not prescribe a supplement or a feeding amount.
Dog, bird and equine products have different directions.
Read ingredients, directions, storage and expiry information.
Ask your vet before combining products or changing a care plan.
Doggymin, FlexCare or Moody Master?
Doggymin: nutritional support for dogs
Camelus Doggymin is a nutritional dog supplement. Compare the flavour and size options on our product page and request the current ingredient label if your dog has dietary sensitivities. Choose the amount according to that label, rather than assuming every bottle has the same instructions.
FlexCare: the dog joint-support formulation
Camelus FlexCare for dogs is a joint-support nutritional supplement. It is distinct from Flexcare Equine. Manufacturer-listed ingredients include MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin; check the current pack for the full formulation. New or persistent pain, limping or difficulty moving needs veterinary assessment.
Moody Master: a different formulation
Moody Master for Dogs 200g is sold for dogs’ stress-care routines. Check the intended use and directions on the pack. A supplement is not a substitute for identifying the cause of a behavioural change or for an appropriate veterinary and behaviour-care plan.
Can I combine products? Do not assume combining supplements is necessary or appropriate. Tell your vet about your animal’s normal food, supplements and medicines so overlapping ingredients and the overall diet can be considered.
Choosing from the bird range
The bird products serve different purposes. Confirm the species and life stage on the label before preparing a feed or drinking-water mixture.
- Avi Forte: a water-soluble nutritional gel for birds, offered in 1L and 5L options.
- Avi Layer & Breeder: formulated for mature laying and breeding birds; listed in 1L and 5L options.
- Avi Plus Broiler: a nutritional supplement for growing birds; check the intended species and stage of growth.
- Pro Start & Transport 400g: a nutritional supplement for early-life and transport support. Follow the pack’s preparation directions.
- Pro Start Nature Blend 600g: supplementary bird feed prepared with water. It is not the same product as Pro Start & Transport.
Use the exact product’s mixing instructions and prepare it hygienically. Do not transfer dilution amounts between products. Seek avian-veterinary advice for an unwell bird rather than delaying care while trying a supplement.
Equine products: check the formulation
Equimin Trophy 1L is a vitamin and mineral supplement sold for horses and game. Flexcare Equine 1L is the equine joint supplement. Choose for the species and purpose stated on the pack and discuss the full ration with your animal-care professional.
